Who we are

nitimarg.in ("NitiMarg", "we") is run by Kaylas Swami as a sole proprietor (HelpUsTech), based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For personal data, Kaylas Swami is the data fiduciary and grievance officer. Contact: helpustech@gmail.com.

What personal data we collect

• No accounts, no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. You can read the whole site without giving us anything.
• Server logs: like every website, our web server records your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these only for security and troubleshooting, and keep them for a short time (log files are rotated automatically).
• Email newsletter box: the "monthly update" box on the Power Index page is a placeholder today. Nothing you type there is sent or stored. If we connect it later, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent on the form.
• If you email us: we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties your browser talks to

Pages load styling from a public CDN (cdn.tailwindcss.com), which can see your IP address when the page loads. Links to news sites, data sources and Google Trends open those sites, which have their own privacy policies. Our server fetches public data (World Bank, IMF, GDELT, Google News RSS, Yahoo Finance, exchange-rate APIs) on its own; that does not involve your data.

How long we keep it

Server logs: short term only, rotated automatically. Emails: until the matter is closed or you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Only the owner has access to the server and its logs. If a personal-data breach happens, we will inform affected users and the authorities as required by law.

Your rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

You can ask us to: (1) tell you what personal data we hold about you; (2) correct or update it; (3) delete it; (4) withdraw consent; (5) nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email helpustech@gmail.com with the subject "DATA REQUEST". We reply within 7 working days.
